Michael Stars, Inc. is making its best efforts to ensure that it is consumer product safety compliant as to adult clothing and clothing intended primarily for children age 12 and younger. Michael Stars garments meet all Consumer Product Safety Commission (“CPSC”) general standards; for example, as to flammability. To the extent that any of our garments are intended primarily for use by children age 12 and younger, as defined by the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (“CPSIA”), and to the extent that these garments contain or are embellished with any component that may contain lead or phthalates, we have identified those garments and components and tested them in accordance with CPSC and CPSIA guidelines. If the garments and their components exceed the lead and/or phthalates content limits set by the CPSIA, Michael Stars will not sell, market or distribute those garments. Michael Stars certifies that any garments manufactured or sold by Michael Stars are CPSC and/or CPSIA compliant.
